# V4 – Neo-Banking for Student Financing

Pencil Finance will expand into consumer credit solutions, offering **student-tailored loans and credit cards**.

* Leverage our existing network of **student loan partners** to underwrite and distribute consumer financing products.
* Build a **full-stack, education-driven neo-bank**, supporting young professionals throughout their financial journeys.

#### 🤝 Integration with OCID (On-Chain Credit System)

Pencil Finance will co-develop OCID into a **decentralized credit scoring system**.

* Extend OCID from hiring credentials to **borrower creditworthiness**.
* Students holding OCID credentials will:
  * **Access lower interest rates** on financing products.
  * **Earn additional benefits** by accumulating verified on-chain achievements.
  * **Unlock broader earning opportunities** across the Pencil Finance and Open Campus ecosystems.

This future phase positions Pencil Finance as the financial backbone for the **next generation of on-chain learners and builders**.
